HOUSE RULES, ENGLISH SUMMARY

These rules are in force to assure the cozyness and safety of residents. The residents are asked to take into consideration other residents living at the property.
The rules have been approved by the Annual general meeting on 24 March 2009.

1) Common premises

• The front doors are closed between 8.00 pm and 7.00 am on weekdays and between 8.00 pm and 8.00 am on Sundays. Please pay attention that the doors stay locked when you use the doors.

• Smoking is forbidden at common premises and the residents are also asked to avoid smoking on the balconies.

• Due to safety reasons it is forbidden to maintain belongings in staircases.

• Please inform the service about any defects in the premises without undue delay.

2) Apartments

• It is forbidden to disturb other residents especially between 11.00 pm and 7.00 am.

• The apartments must be maintained with due care.

• Please inform the service about leakages and other defects in apartments.

• The property manager must be informed about any renovation planned to be made in the apartments. The works causing noise shall not be made after 9.00 pm on weekdays or during weekends.

• The balconies shall be kept tidy. During wintertime the residents are responsible for removing the snow from the balconies. When making food on the balcony please pay attention to the fire safety.

• You are not allowed to keep the door open to the staircase in order to improve the ventilation.

3) Waste management

• Household waste shall be sorted and left in the waste rooms in bins for each separate sort of waste.

4) Dusting of carpets and bedlinen

• You are allowed to dust carpets and bedlinen only on dusting balconies and on dusting areas in the courtyard between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm on weekday and between 9.00 and 7.00 on Saturdays and on days before public holidays. Please clean the place after use.

• You are allowed to air and dry laundry only within the railings of the balcony.

5) Traffic and parking

• The maximum speed on the property in 20 kms per hour.

• The parking places are only for cars in use.

• The parking is allowed only on the parking places.
